Windows 10 activatie

Hallo mijn naam is Rob.
Ik heb windows 10 geupgrade van uit windows 8.1
Ik heb de indertijd ontvangen product code ingevoerd, maar kan niet activeren.
Wie weet wat hier aan de hand is.
